Policies and Procedures
North West Disability Services has a three levels of Policies and Procedures.
(1) The Service Management Policy
(2) Service Delivery Policy
(3) Staff Management Policy
All policies are under a four-year review plan and are constantly updated in order to meet the challenging needs of the organisation and of the industry. Moreover, all of NWDS policies and procedures are designed to meet relevant legislation including the Disability Inclusion Act of 2014.
